The Course includes, but is not limited to, video lessons, mock interview scripts, question banks, and printable guides.
2. Digital Product & Instant Access
The Course is a digital product providing instant access to all course materials upon purchase. This means you will have immediate access to all video lessons, scripts, question banks, and guides once your payment is successfully processed.
3. All Sales Final & No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Course and the immediate access provided to all content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to, your satisfaction with the Course, your performance in an interview, or any change in your circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. License to Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal and non-commercial educational purposes.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any part of the Course materials to any third party.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Course for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Course.
Use the Course for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within The Private School Interview Vault, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, and all other materials, is the exclusive property of The Private School Interview Vault (or its licensors) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Course, not ownership of the content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content will be accurate, complete, or meet your specific requirements. We make no guarantees regarding interview outcomes or admissions success. Your use of the Course is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Private School Interview Vault and its creators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Course; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Course; (iii) any content obtained from the Course; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or co1ntent, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Private School Interview Vault and its creators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use of and access to the Course; (ii) your breach of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of MA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hampshire County, MA for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Course after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
